Who we are

walksuite.com is operated by Tomorrow Interior Design Inc. (“Tomorrow Design”, “we”) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This policy covers this website only, not the WalkSuite product used by our customers.

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect what you type into the form:

  • your work email address, and on the demo page your name and organisation
  • if you choose to give them, your role, how many communities you run and your message

With it we store the form you used, the page you first arrived on, the campaign name in the link you followed (if any), the website that referred you (its domain only), your browser's user agent and the time of the request.

We do not ask for or collect anything else through this site.

How we use it

We use these details only to arrange and follow up on your demo. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list without asking. Demo requests are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in Toronto, Canada, and a copy is emailed to our team through IONOS. Access is limited to our team.

Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog to count page views and demo requests so we can improve the site. It runs without cookies or local storage, keeps nothing on your device between visits, does not record your screen, and honours your browser's Do Not Track setting. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting walksuite@walksuite.com. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
