Live suite availability

Live suite availability, on every screen families see.

Available, on hold, occupied or model: WalkSuite shows each suite's status on the floor plan, on the suite card and on the lobby screen. Your staff update it themselves, one suite or a whole floor at a time.

The problem

The cost of a suite that's already gone.

Every sales team has lived this moment: a family falls for a suite, and the counsellor has to admit it was reserved last week. The tour recovers, but some trust does not. The usual cause is not carelessness. It is an availability sheet printed on Monday, a whiteboard in the back office and a floor plan that has no idea what happened since.

The opposite problem is quieter and just as costly. Available suites that are hard to find on paper simply do not get shown. When availability lives on the plan itself, the counsellor sees at a glance what can be offered and can steer the conversation toward it.

Four statuses

One colour legend, on the plan and on every suite.

Each suite carries one of four statuses, shown in colour on the floor plan with a legend and live counts, and repeated on its suite card:

  • Available: ready to offer today.
  • On hold: reserved or pending, so the team knows not to lead with it.
  • Occupied: shown for context, so families see a living building rather than a blank one.
  • Model: the suite they can walk through after the tour.

Availability can also be switched off for a whole community, for instance before a phase is released, without touching the rest of the tour.

Staff updates

Updates your team can make in seconds.

One suite or a whole floor

In their own admin, staff tap a suite to change its status, or update a whole floor or every matching suite at once. Undo, filters and search keep bulk changes safe, even on a busy Monday.

The right people, the right access

Your team signs in with their own accounts as viewers, editors or admins, so the people who take deposits can update availability and everyone else can see it. One staff admin covers availability across every community you run.

No rebuilds, no tickets

Availability is yours to change whenever you need to. For everything else, from a reconfigured floor to new photography, we keep the content current for you, live the same day.

Included

Availability, everywhere it's seen.

Live suite availability

Available, on hold, occupied or model, shown on the plan and on every suite. Your staff update it themselves, one suite or a whole floor at a time.

Suite detail cards

Layout, size, care level, facing direction, availability and where it sits on the floor. Every answer a family asks for, on one card.

Staff logins and roles

Your team signs in with their own accounts as viewers, editors or admins. The kiosk stays locked behind a PIN and a branded welcome.

Lobby screens and smart TVs

Runs on the lobby TV too, including older smart-TV browsers, with images optimized to load fast on any connection.

iPad and kiosk ready

Installs to the home screen like a native app. Built for touch, swipe and pinch on the tour path.

Dashboard and reports

Sessions, suites viewed, tour length, the tour funnel, busiest times, a suite heatmap and the available suites families overlook.

Kiosk, iPad and lobby TV

The same status on every screen.

The counsellor's iPad, the kiosk by the door and the lobby TV all show the same suites, the same colours and the same counts. WalkSuite is a web app that installs to the home screen on iPads and kiosks and runs on lobby smart TVs, including older TV browsers. The kiosk stays locked behind a PIN and a branded welcome.

On the plan, availability works with everything else: filter by suite type and see at a glance which two-bedroom suites are available, open a suite to see its size, care level and facing, or turn the building in 3D to show where it sits. See how the interactive floor plans work.

Honest answers

What about our property management system?

Today, your staff update availability in WalkSuite. Reading it straight from Yardi, Entrata and Sherpa is on our roadmap, alongside the rest of our plans on the feature map.

In practice, a simple routine keeps the plan accurate: name one owner per community, update the status the day a deposit or move-out is confirmed, and review the floor once a week. During lease-up this matters even more, which is why availability sits at the heart of our presentation centre software. The dashboard then shows which available suites families overlook, so you can bring them into the tour.

FAQ

Suite availability questions.

Which availability statuses does WalkSuite show?

Four: available, on hold, occupied and model. Each status has its own colour on the floor plan, with a legend and live counts, and every suite card shows its status too.

Who updates suite availability?

Your own staff, from their own admin. They can tap a single suite or update a whole floor or every matching suite at once, with undo, filters and search. Staff sign in with their own accounts as viewers, editors or admins.

Can we hide availability from families?

Yes. Availability can be shown or hidden per community, for example while a phase has not been released yet. The floor plans, suite cards and 3D building work either way.

Does availability sync with Yardi, Entrata or Sherpa?

Not today. Availability is updated by your staff in WalkSuite. Reading availability straight from Yardi, Entrata and Sherpa is on our roadmap.

Will it run on our lobby TV?

Yes. WalkSuite runs on lobby smart TVs, including older smart-TV browsers, with images optimized to load fast on any connection. It also installs to the home screen on iPads and kiosks.
